Started in 1999 under the vigilance of Mr. Sunil Miglani, Migun Real Estate is now in its third generation with the leadership of Mr. Yash Miglani. The vision of Migsun’s group is to launch 2556 residential units and 3,56,000 sq ft of commercial space in Raj Nagar Extension, 886 units of residential units and 3,79,000 units of commercial space in Lucknow and 1440 residential units in Greater Noida. Migsun’s work and deliveries in the last couple of years predicts a thriving success in the near future. Currently, under the focus to provide more affordable housing to the public, Migsun has invested a giant sum of INR 3400 crore investment in 10,000 under construction apartments. Apart from commercial and residential real estate business, Migsun also has a Skill Development sector to work towards the nation’s vision of skilled individuals and employment for all. Migsun Kaushalam wants to play a part in creating skilled professionals who can contribute towards the economy of the country. All the functioning of Migsun Kaushalam comes under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana and Deen Dayal Upadhaya Grameen Kaushalaya Yojna (DDU-GKY). Currently, they plan on training 49,000 individuals in acquired skills. In near future, Migsun Group plans on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) which is a project of the ministry of skill development and entrepreneurship. They have also planned to become a training partner of Sector Skill Councils for execution of Non-PMKVY projects, Training Partner of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and also execute tie-ups with various other Ministries and departments of Central and State Government respectively in Skill Development domain.
