One of Delhi/NCR’s recognised, trustworthy builder which always amazes the customers with its ongoing offers & innovations, Migsun Group, recently proclaimed that it had sold a total of 138 villas and retail shops in the project that it newly acquired from Royal Golf Link City Projects Pvt. Ltd. in Greater Noida.
The Company made record sales of Rs. 421 crore within 72 hours as people rushed to buy villas and retail stores in the newly launched ventures. In this project, the Company is constructing a 103-acre gated township and will build a township with 138 villas and retail shops with Rs—250 crore investment, including property and development. Established adjoining Golf Course at Greater Noida, the villas, plots and retail shops face the Metro, in an area of 2.5 lakh sq. ft.
Talking about the outstanding feat, Yash Miglani, MD, Migsun Group, said, “The Sales indicate that demand for plots has increased several times, particularly after the situation people faced last year. In this initiative, we will take care of all the residents’ needs and bring value to their lifestyle. The industry is improving rapidly from losses, and people are willing to participate in ventures by renowned developers. In the end, it’s just about the impression that people have of a particular developer, and we want to thank our clients for their confidence in us.”
The Company is committed to delivering over 4,000 residential and commercial properties to six projects over the next year. The Group recently announced the acquisition of HDFC and Ansal’s shareholdings in Ansal IT City Park (SEZ) Tech Zone, Greater Noida, where they will develop 37.5 acres of mixed-use land which includes commercial, IT & industrial.
The Company is currently offering 16 projects, both residential and industrial, in different parts of the Delhi/NCR.
