One of the leading real estate firms in Delhi/NCR, Migsun Group, has stated that it cracked sales of Rs. 200 crores between October 1, 2020, and November 12, 2020, the festival time. Migsun, even during the lockdown, has recorded remarkable effort of selling 500 units worth Rs. 252 crore between March 25 and June 3, 2020.
The response has been appreciable particularly after the announcement of unique festival offer ‘Possession Proof Homes’ where Migsun had offered assured 1% penalty per month in case of slowed possession. Supporting this offer, the customers need to pay 10% now and rest 90% on the request of possession. The offer is applicable on Migsun Roof, one of the best property in Rajnagar Extension, where possession will be soon and Migsun Vilaasa, best residential property in Greater Noida West, where possession is registered in December 2023.
The group targets to deliver across 2,500 units of 2BHK apartments, 1,200 units of 3BHK flats & about 300 units of commercial properties in the next one year. Migsun Ultimo, Migsun Roof, Migsun Wynn, Migsun Chambers, Migsun One Central and Migsun Transhindon are the six projects, upcoming in Delhi/NCR, that have been allocated for full completion and deliveries over the next 12 months starting September 1, 2020. “We are drawing together all methods and resources to offer possession for as many as 4,000 units of flats and commercial properties in 6 projects over the next year. This deciphers into nine units every 24 hours,” added Miglani. The company is currently accomplishing 16 projects, both residential and commercial, in different parts of Delhi/NCR.
“So far, it was an all-embracing response by the buyers even after being tapped by the pandemic. After the Unlock, the festival season presented buyers a time to go out in the market to look out for properties as owning a home has become a significant concern. This hunting transformed into sales. We have seen almost a 15% increase in sales so far and in the upcoming months, it will be much pleasanter. Festival alone was not the reason as people’s trust in real estate has changed after the slew of actions taken by the government, drop-in EMIs, and understanding of real estate market as an important asset,” stated Yash Miglani, MD, Migsun Group.
Added measures taken by the government has made the buyers feel at comfort, says Miglani, adding, “Every festive season is good as many people wait for offers to come by. People come out in large numbers to hunt for a property, and this festival season proved beneficial for the sector.”
